Hi and welcome to Sleep Mogul! Sleep Mogul is a small project set out to help you get a better night’s sleep. We are a small team of people all interested in psychology of sleeping and how to improve on the quality of sleep you get every night.
One of our primary focuses has been mattresses. Unless you live on a desert island and nod off in a hammock, then the chances are that you use a mattress every night. Pretty much every single one of us. One of the things that most people don’t realise is how much a mattress actually affects the quality of our sleep at night. Lots of people wake up with bad backs and generally feeling worse than before they had even gone to sleep. This is why mattresses are so important and a reason why they are a major focus of this project.
Our head honcho Peter is currently handling most of the research concerning mattresses and is a prolific writer on this topic. Peter will be continuing to add new content with regard to the latest research in mattresses and what you need to be looking out for from a buyer’s perspective.
